Simple Food For Busy Families: The Whole Life Nutrition Approach - Review and Giveaway

A website that focuses on nutrition, wellness and relaxation techniques, Real Food Moms is for "the busy mom and her family" with the goal of helping improve your life and give your children a better life too.  The website provides tips, ideals, tools and inspiration on things from exercise programs to putting delicious, healthy dinners on the table.  Every Tuesday at 2 pm EST they host a weekly Twitter Party along with Family Food Experts and every Wednesday evening at 6 pm EST is the Family Food Experts Internet Radio Show on the Women 4 Women Network.  In addition, you can access and purchase The Pantry Makeover, a comprehensive toolkit designed to help moms transform their pantries.

I was able to review Simple Food For Busy Families:  The Whole Life Nutrition Approach, written by nutrition educators Jeannette Bessinger and Tracee Yablon-Brenner, aka "the Real Food Moms".  The book is very informative and gives you information on whole life nutrition.  Some of the book's contents include eating in harmony with nature, learning the different varieties of spices and what they can be used for, guide to kitchen tools, animal protein safety, and so much more.  I learned an abundance of information, tips, and facts that I didn't know before reading the book.

Win It!

I love most vegetables, and eat most of them steamed at least four or five nights a week. Some of my favorites are zucchini, asparagus and broccoli.
