Wordful Wednesday - Baby Shower

A couple weeks ago a baby shower was held for my niece who's due with a baby girl in August.  I'm very close to my family and am super excited for the new addition.

MaKynzee Rae Lee will be her name.

One of the games was "Pin the Baby on the Belly".  I got second place on that one.  Some people had that baby coming out of Ashley's feet! 

I actually won one game.  It was "Guess the Powder" game where guests had to distinguish different type of white powders.  Laundry detergent, pancake mix, baby formula, baby powder, and dishwasher detergent were just some of the white powders.  I was the only one brave enough, or stupid enough, to taste all the powders.  Not smart, but it got me the win.

The funniest game ever is "Impregnate the Mama".  It was the first time I'd ever heard of the game.  It's a little raunchy but H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S.  Each person had to take a plunger and try to "impregnate the mama" who had a ribbon roll between her legs.

Ashley received some nice baby gifts to prepare her for her second time of motherhood.  As I write this, I also have a nephew who will become a daddy any time now with a baby boy.  His woman is scheduled for induction tonight, so I'll be a great-aunt again real soon!
