Chicago Steak Company - Review

Chicago Steak Company is a premier provider of gourmet steaks, seafood and desserts.  They deliver Mid-Western Corn-Fed USDA Prime, Black Angus, and Premium USDA Choice steaks to homes and businesses across America.  Every once in a while my husband and I like to indulge in high-caliber meat.  It's not often because we have a large family to feed but we feel it's okay to indulge once in a while.  Chicago Steak Company allowed us to review the Chicago's Best Seller, a combination of the best cuts of steak.

When the meat arrived it contained two Black Angus Complete Trim Filet Mignons, two Black Angus Boneless Strips, two Black Angus Top Sirloins, and two Black Angus Ribeyes.  Each piece of meat was vacuum sealed for freshness.  Chicago Steak Company uses an aging process that allows the meat to naturally age during a period of time.  The meat marinates in its own juices, making the steak flavorful and tender.

We still have a couple cuts of Black Angus meat left, but the rest has been cooked by Jason on the charcoal grill.  I don't care what the price or quality of meat is, I won't eat it if it's full of fat and gristle.  I've been known to butcher a piece of meat based on that alone.  The cuts of meat from Chicago Steak Company had little or no fat on all of the pieces we've cooked.  I've been able to savor each and every bite.  The meat is tender, not tough or chewy and the juices add to the deliciousness.  Added with steak sauce, the Black Angus meats are downright delectable.  Sure, the meat is a little expensive for each piece.  But you definitely get quality.
