I recently held a "Mirror Mirror" movie premiere party with a few friends at the campground.  One of the desserts I served that was the most received with compliments was the red velvet bundt cake from We Take The Cake. 

We Take The Cake is a bakery located in South Florida that specializes in bundt cakes, layer cakes, and cupcakes.   Each cake is handmade, hand decorated and beautifully packaged. In fact, Oprah loved their Key Lime Bundt Cake so much that she named it one of Oprah's Favorite Things! Soon after, We Take The Cake appeared on three different Food Network Shows.

The Red Velvet Bundt Cake I received arrived in a pretty round cardboard box that showed the character of the company.  The packaging made a good first impression and I've even kept the box to store things in.  Nestled inside the box was a cake that looked appealingly delicious.

The bundt cake was large enough to feed 8 to 10 people, just the right amount for the people at my party.  A container of cream cheese frosting was nestled in the middle.  I poured the frosting on half of the cake and left the other half alone for those who didn't want the topping.  Either way it was eaten, the cake was very moist and scrumptious.  There is not one guest at the party who didn't eat a piece and not one guest who didn't rave about how good it was.  The entire bundt cake was consumed at the party and it was very well received as a pleasant dessert.
