I received Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers in original size.  They come in a package that resembles a matchbook and there are 100 picks in each pack.  To use Stim-U-Dent, the directions are to moisten the mouth and then insert the pointed end of the plaque remover between teeth with flat side next to gums.  Then use a gentle in-and-out motion to remove food particles between the teeth. 

Stim-U-Dent Plaque Removers are nice to have on hand when I have food stuck between my teeth.  They resemble small flat toothpicks and are coated with mint flavor.  The mint isn't overpowering but does give your breath a fresh feeling.  My husband keeps a package of Stim-U-Dent in his back pocket while he's at work to remove food from his teeeth when he needs to.  He especially likes the very slim packaging that allows him to keep them in his pocket without giving added bulk.  The only downside I see with Stim-U-Dent is that they are so tiny they could pose a choking hazard if swallowed or not used properly.
