Hips & Curves - Plus Size Lingerie Review (18+)

I'm a girl of thick stature.  Always have been, probably always will be.  I know nobody wants to see my muffin top.  Heck, I don't even want to see it!  Midriffs are out of the question.  But just because I'm plus size doesn't mean I don't want to feel good and look good.  My husband still thinks I'm rockin' it and I know he'd prefer to see me in alluring undergarments and lingerie once in a while.

Hips & Curves, a company that offers the latest and greatest in plus size lingerie, knows that plus size women want to celebrate beauty and sensuality as much as their smaller counterparts.  Hips and Curves was kind enough to send me a couple of their pieces for review.

The Soft Lace Plus Size Bra has unpadded underwire cups and soft fabric lining beneath lace detail, with black lace trim.  I won't mention what bra size I wear but I received this bra in my size and it fits comfortably.  The straps stay in place and the underwire doesn't poke my skin.  It doesn't provide much cleavage but does provide much coverage.  It's a very feminine bra that makes me feel more sensual.

The Football Jersey Babydoll is short sleeved knit chiffon with the words "Tackle Me" and the number 69 printed on front in shimmering pink.  It comes with a matching black thong.  It's now one of my favorite pieces of lingerie.  The way the top fits my body makes me feel flirtatious rather than silly.  It doesn't squeeze out my jiggly parts and instead gives an appealing look to my figure.  Due to the sheerness of the fabric, I hand wash the babydoll rather than put it in a washing machine, to preserve the material.  My husband isn't much of a football fan but he always wants to tackle me when I'm wearing this!

It's refreshing to know of a company like Hips & Curves that wants women, regardless of shape and size, to show off their spicy side.
