We are a few days into the new year and I'm more resolved than ever to stick to my resolutions. One of them is to attend church more regularly in order to grow spiritually. My other resolution is to reduce my soda intake. Although I'm not sure I can ever give up on carbonated, fizzy drinks I know they sabotage my diet and aren't good for me.
