I received the Shine On Collection for review. Each of the three colors are packaged in festive bulbs. Lucky Star is a gold glitter, Starry Night is a red glitter, and Superstar is a silver glitter. They can be worn alone or as accents to your nail polish. I've been wearing the colors by themselves. They go on easily and dry fairly quickly. Rather than using brushstrokes, I dab on the sparkly polish where I want the glitter to go. In addition to the glitter, there's small circular dots that give a confetti look. I usually put on two coats to get a strong glittery finish on my nails. There wasn't a strong nail polish odor when I applied the color to my nails. The colors are festive and the packaging is super cute.
