SUPER by Dr Nicholas Perricone - Yogurt for the Skin Giveaway

I've heard of different beauty uses for food, but I've never heard of yogurt for the skin. Apparently yogurt is a polisher and smoother for soft and healthy skin. And, did you know that there are benefits of watercress? Watercress possesses a storehouse of nutrients that detoxify for clear, purified skin.
