Pink Lady Sweets is a company that's being featured for the Heck Of A Celebration blog event I'm hosting. During the event I will be featuring companies that offer products and gifts suitable for birthday parties.
On the actual day of birthday parties that I'm hosting I'm always a frazzled mess trying to get last minute details put together. However, I always have fun planning for the parties. I don't host over-the-top affairs but I like to put together something that is memorable, from the decorations to the edibles. Pink Lady Sweets, a treat shop full of confections, sent me some of their sweets to sample and it's my conclusion that their handmade treats would make a wonderful addition to special events, or even as edibles to eat at home.
Pink Lady Sweets creates their sweets handmade to order, using only all natural ingredients and no preservatives. Their treats range from brownies to cookies and more.
I received a sampler box of some of the most popular items at Pink Lady Sweets. The packaging was very pretty, all in pink and one box even had a black and pink ribbon. A couple of the packages resembled pink Chinese takeout boxes. The presentation was very appealing.
Included for my family to try was Russian Tea Cakes, Snickerdoodle Cookies, Brownie Pops, Chocolate Truffles, and Buckeyes. I shared the goodies with my husband and kids to let everyone get a taste of the goodness. My personal favorite were the Snickerdoodle Cookies. They were soft and chewy and reminded me of memories when my mom would make them. The kids liked the Brownie Pops covered in pink sprinkles. They thought it was neat that you could eat a brownie bite from a stick. The chocolate and sprinkles was a little too much for me, but the kids happily devoured them.
My husband greedily grabbed the Chocolate Truffles and Buckeyes, but not before I got in a few bites. The Buckeyes had a creamy peanut butter center wrapped in chocolate. Pure decadence! I don't believe I've ever had Russian Tea Cakes before but must say the ones I tried were delicious. They were covered in powdered sugar and had walnuts in them.
The treats we tried from Pink Lady Sweets gave me an impression of homemade goodness and freshness.
One person will receive a Pink Lady Sweets Sampler Box, similar to the one I received.

I've got a full plate but wouldn't have it any other way. I'm 36 years old and happily married to my man, Jason. My family truly is a "heck of a bunch" as we are a blended family of eight. I have three awesome children of my own (girl 19, boy 15, boy 14) and three wonderful step-daughters (18, 13, 11). I work full-time as a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator. Heck Of A Bunch has been in publication since May 2009. I'm willing and excited to review products and test them out, giving my honest opinion. I also post about deals, giveaways, and freebies that are of great interest. And I guarantee you'll see a few posts here and there about the daily zaniness that happens in my household. Thanks for stoppin' by!

It is the reader's responsibility to research all facts regarding a product.
At times I write a sponsored post and that fact is included in the post. As well, I include the fact that I have received a product for review.
