We recently moved to a new residence and Shelby's room didn't have a door. She wanted some privacy and suggested a sheet. I wasn't up for that idea at all. That's where the beaded curtain came into play.
My husband, the go-to guy, was kind enough to put up the beaded curtain in the doorway of her room. Included with the curtain were two plastic brackets, some screws, and eight strands of daisy beads.
Jason first leveled the two plastic brackets where they needed to go and placed in the screws. It wasn't a hard job for him to do; it just took some time and patience. Once the brackets were in place, me and Shelby applied each strand onto an individual hole to complete the look. Shelby is looking into possibly purchasing a second beaded curtain and using the beaded strands to add to the existing ones so there's a little less space to see through.
Shelby is happy with how it turned out and likes that she can now hear when someone is coming in her room every time the beads move. I think they are cute and they sure beat the look of a sheet!

This is a great idea for the daisy bead curtain! Thanks for the review! :)
Oh man, poor girl! I'd HATE not have a door O.o
But hey, it looks like you both came up with a great solution! They are definitely super cute for a teen's room :)
