Wordful Wednesday - 4th of July Weekend

Wow, this 4th of July weekend was packed full of activities at the campground. Lots of good times!

Me and my daughter, Shelby, danced to a few songs together during the live band.

"Teddy Bear" made a second appearance for the year to greet the campers during band night.

My mother crafted tie-dye tshirts for my sisters and I.  We further adorned ourselves with patriotic accessories.

A lot of family and friends showed up for the fireworks display.  Imani and Traci, both family, spent some time hanging out on the golf cart before the big booms.

My step-girls, Allyson and Juliann, got in the patriotic spirit too.

Monday afternoon was a Blind Man Obstacle Course.  A passenger had to direct the driver, who was blindfolded, through an obstacle course.  My daughter and her friend placed second.  Me and my son, Logan, got dead last. 

An adult pool party was held Friday night.

Me and my big sisters hung out a lot over the weekend.

I have no idea why my husband was frowning during Bingo.  He won a game.  I got zilch.

A golf cart parade was held Saturday.  Over twenty carts were decorated and candy was passed out to the children.

My sister spent quite a bit of time at the poker stand.  Me, I saved my moolah.
