I'm about ready to put out a wanted poster on my camera. I've searched high and low and can't find it. I'm starting to seriously stress.

Clear the sidewalks, people! My step-daughter, Allyson, got her license this week. We now have two teenage drivers in the house.

I'v been going through and pricing stuff for the campground yard sales this weekend. I didn't realize how much stuff we've accumulated. I don't mind spending all my waking hours pricing items; I just hope the payoff is worth it.

My teenage daughter has been having a mental breakdown about growing up and only having one year of school left. I've been having a mental breakdown about what the cost of graduation is going to be for me next year.

For the sake of my sanity, I'm glad that cicadas only come out once every few years. The noise from their mating call is deafening. I swear, it seems they are all gathered around the holler where I camp at and, I can assure you, their mating call is not very romantic or becoming to me.

My 11 year old son, Adam, will be having his first surgery on June 29th. He has hammertoe on both toes and will be getting one of them fixed. I about cringed when I heard what has to be done. The dr. will be shaving off bones on his big toe and putting pins in to straighten it. Ouch! He will then be on complete bed rest for two weeks. I think I'm more nervous about it than he is.

The cicada thing is interesting to me b/c I know the Midwest area is getting them but also, my parents in Orlando. But not here in N. Florida. Weird! Happy Tuesday.
Oh lord I need to have that done on my toes too but have never wanted to, i'm scared. Good for him to be so brave!

the cicadas sure can be deafening, can't they? We had them enforce last year...it's been pretty quiet this year, thank goodness! :)
I have so much to go through to pare down some of the excessive stuff I've accumulated here at the house, too - it's so overwhelming, but needs to be done. Now that you're an expert, wanna come help me? ;)
