Transformers: Dark of the Moon - Toy Review and #Giveaway

I'm seriously stoked to see Transformers:  Dark of the Moon when it comes out in theaters.  When the first movie came out, I watched it and was hooked. I've been a big fan ever since.  My boys love the movies as much as I do and they have a small collection of Transformers toys.  With the release of the new Transformers movie comes a new set of Transformers toys.

I received one of the new Transformers toys for review and it didn't take long for Logan and Adam to tear open the packaging to play with it.  Transformers Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime transforms from a robot to a truck and can be converted back and forth to whichever your child wants to play with.  Instructions are included on how to shift it back and forth.  It is somewhat simple to shift the toy from a robot to a truck, but assistance may be needed to completely lock it in place.  We've found it easier to pull it apart to change it from a truck back to a robot.

Included with the toy is a pair of 3D glasses to view exclusive content on Tranformers.com.  Although 3D glasses are not needed for most of the games and content on the site, the boys think they're fun to wear and see things in 3D.  The glasses are not intended for use to view the movie, just the online content.  The Transformers Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime is the first toy available for the new movie.  Like with the other two movies, there will be a whole line of toys and apparel available.  Logan and Adam like their Optimus Prime toy and they are over the top to see the movie and new line of products.
