The Village Company - Review and #Giveaway

Big Bird, Elmo, Oscar the Grouch, and the rest of the gang are classic characters that we all know and love.  My kids have outgrown watching Sesame Street on TV, but they are still partial to the characters.  The Village Company, a company dedicated to making high quality, affordable bath products, has several products sporting the Sesame Street logo and Elmo on the front.  The Village Company sent my family the entire line of Sesame Street bath products.

The Mango Body Wash & Shampoo has a rich lather with a fruity scent.  Hypo-allergenic and tear free, it works well for both body and hair.

The Fizzy Tub Colors make bath time fun.  Comprised of different colored tablets, they can be dropped in the tub to add fizz and color.  Mixing the colors gives new color combinations.  My kids liked these best due to the fun factor.  The Fizzy Tub Colors contain Bitterguard to discourage consumption.  My kids are old enough to keep things like this out of their mouth, but I think it's a wonderful discourager for younger children.  Just to see how bitter these tasted, I put my tongue on one.  Yep, tastes pretty nasty!  The only thing with these is that the tub always needs a good rinsing after they've been used in it to make sure the color drains.

Say what you will, but I've taken baths with the Extra Sensitive Bubble Bath.  I like the light fragrance and the soft feeling it gives my skin afterwards.  The amount of bubbles that comes forth is very nice.  This bubble bath is dye-free, tear-free, hypo-allergenic, and has added aloe and vitamin E.

The Magic Fun Soap is certainly unique and engaging.  When hands are dry, you can use it to create shapes and characters with the moldable dough.  When the Magic Fun Soap is added with water, it's transformed into gooey finger paint.  Three colors of red, blue, and yellow make up this soap that's entertaining no matter how you use it.  My kids think it's creative play, while I appreciate the fact that it makes them want to wash their hands more.

The Sesame Street Baby Naturals line includes three bath products for babies - Baby Bubble Bath, Shea Butter Baby Lotion, and Baby Shampoo & Wash.  With sweet almond oil and aloe, this line was developed especially for gentle cleansing and natural moisturizing.  It is tear-free, hypo-allergenic, dye-free, and paraben-free.  Naturally-derived ingredients nourish skin to  help restore natural moisture.

Ever smell a baby after they've taken a bath?  I could take in that fragrance all day long and it's what I'm reminded of with the Sesame Street Baby Naturals.  The lotion has a nice smooth texture and the bubble bath has a nice amount of bubbles.  This line is available exclusively in select Target stores.  There's not a Target store in my area, so I'm out of luck there.  Moms can feel like they are giving their babies the best in bathing with this line of natural baby bath products.
