Fast forward a short time later, I was able to try the new Popcorn Fish from SeaPak Shrimp Company. I could definitely tell the difference. The Popcorn Fish tasted and looked like it had actual fish in it. With the bread crumb coating, the popcorn fish is mild bites of flaky white Pollock. Paired with sides, my family ate it together one night for supper. We have a fairly large family and there was enough Popcorn Fish in one bag to feed us all. Although we used the whole bag, I appreciate that the bag is resealable in case there's some left over to cook later. The balls of fish aren't as easy to handle as sticks are when cooking, but it just takes a little more precision when taking them in and out of the oven.
Since 1948, SeaPak has provided a wide variety of easy-to-prepare shrimp and seafood products. Personally, I don't care for shrimp or lobster, but I like all varieties of fish. When I eat fish, I want it to taste like the real deal and SeaPak delivers. My husband likes all types of seafood and is wanting to try other packages available from SeaPak.
