Gamewright was founded in 1994 by four parents whose kids wanted great games. From the start, their mission has remained clear: Create the highest quality family games with outstanding play-value. Guided by themes and experiences that transcend age and salted with a bit of irreverence, their games are designed to foster laughter, learning, friendship and fun. Over the years their family has grown to over 50 games, 150 awards, and countless happy players.
I've received and played games from Gamewright before. They've provided hours of entertainment for me and my kids. They have games for people of all ages and rules can be downloaded from their site if you've lost or misplaced them from your game.
Gamewright's newest game, FlipOut is a game of switching, swapping, and flipping cards to get four-of-a-kind in a row. Every card is double-sided so anyone can take and use any card in sight. For 2-5 players, FlipOut is a game of logic and strategy. Players have to determine if they want to flip, switch, or swap to get winning combinations. Not only do you have to keep an eye on your cards, you have to keep an eye on your opponents' cards in case they have something you want on your turn. Whoever has the most cards at the end of the game when the cards runs out is the winner.
This game will definitely test your thinking skills. It doesn't take a long time to play and it's a family favorite. FlipOut is so much fun that the kids have been taking it to camp to play with their friends during downtime.
FlipOut and other games can be found at www.gamewright.com.
