Vivendi Entertainment released Annie's Point, starring Betty White, on December 7th. Betty White and Richard Thomas star in this touching Hallmark Channel original movie about life, love, andn self-discovery. A recently widowed grandmother sets out on a cross-country journey to grant her husband's last wish - to spread his ashed over the idyllic bluff they called Annie's Point. When her son refuses to let her make the 2000 mile trip and would prefer her in a retirement home, she takes off anyway with her free-spirited granddaughter in tow.
I can't believe I haven't ever seen this movie on the Hallmark Channel. Betty White is a legend in her own right and I have always enjoyed watching her charm and wit onscreen. Annie's Point is a feel-good movie that takes you on a journey of joys and memories. The relationships between the characters are believable and this movie will make you appreciate your own family a little more.
I received DVD for review from Bender/Helper Impact. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way. Please do your own research before purchasing products. Your opinions and results may differ.
