Prepara - Holiday Gift Guide Review and Giveaway

I've said before that I'm not the Betty Crocker in the home. My husband either enjoys doing the cooking or doesn't want to digest what I've cooked - probably a mixture of both. Since having the Trio Tri-Blade Peeler, I've been volunteering to peel the potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, and other vegetables. This kitchen gadget is simple to use and makes peeling a cinch. There are three different blades nestled inside the peeler. Depending upon which vegetable needs peeled, you just turn and click a dial at the end of the peeler to select the blade needed. There is a soft blade, a firm blade, and a julienne blade.

It has been so much easier to peel food with this peeler. It has a sharp cut that gets close to the skin so chunks aren't taken out. Since it came with a free paring knife, I've been using the peeler and Jason's been using the knife. We both work together and get the preparation done quicker.
