Peter Pauper Press - Holiday Gift Guide Review and Giveaway

Peter Pauper Press, a company that I've been blessed to work with in the past, is a leading publisher of fine gift books, children's activity books, quality stationery, journals, holiday cards, and much more. Browsing their site is almost like stepping inside a gift shop with its array of charming goods. I have a long list of family members to go holiday shopping for. Peter Pauper Press has a long list of items that are ideal for each of them.







All of the kids like to do activity books. The Brainiac's Secret Agent Activity Book was suitable for Adam to play the role of secret agent. The 128 page hardcover activity book has lots of activities to keep kids busy with their imagination and solving skills. The included ink pad lets the child take fingerprints. There are a few pages in the activity book where fingerprints can be displayed with the name of who they belong to. Now Adam has the fingerprints of his parents and siblings on file. An invisible ink pen is also included. Some of the activities that Adam go to do with the book were solving mysteries, reading about famous spies, and decoding messages. He now says that he is an official "Secret Agent Man".





Allyson, one of the teenage girls, is like me in that she can't function properly without a decent ink pen. How well it fits in the hand and ease of writing are both important factors. The Imagine Roller Ball Pen is right up her alley. It's up my alley too, but I already promised she could have it. It comes packaged in a gift box that coordinates with the design on the pen. The ink glides across the paper and no ink trails are left behind. Allyson uses her pen daily at school and says it is now one of her favorites, a special one that she won't let anyone borrow. She hasn't yet run out of ink, but replaceable refill cartridges are available for purchase at Peter Pauper Press. The Roller Ball Pens are a little more costly than regular, everyday pens, but they are more elegant.





If it has a monkey on it, Emma wants it. She's had an obsession with monkeys for a couple of years now and I think she's on a mission to own everything that bears the primate on it. I knew the Sock Monkey Rescue Kit would be perfect for her once I laid my eyes on it.

The miniature sock monkey comes in a small package with a 16-page booklet that gives owner's instructions on how to care for your newly adopted friend. The booklet, An Owner's Manual, includes a certificate of adoption and gives tips on how to care for and love it. Emma has gotten a huge kick out of it and has been amused with raising her monkey properly. Mimi, the beloved monkey, is getting the best treatment an 8 year old girl could possibly give.
