Opposite Day - Holiday Gift Guide DVD Review and Giveaway

DVD Synopsis:

If you thought Friday was freaky, get ready for…Opposite Day! When a child’s wish collides with a strange science experiment, adults and kids unwittingly swap places, resulting in a chaotic and comical world with no bedtimes, bullies or rules! The hysterical hi-jinks come to life in Opposite Day, a brand-new feature-length film directed by R. Michael Givens and produced by Steven Paul’s Crystal Sky Pictures, starring funnyman Pauly Shore and a top team of talent. Opposite Day became available in retail stores nationwide from Anchor Bay Entertainment on November 16th.

My Review:
Just a little under an hour and a half long, Opposite Day is a fast-paced, family-friendly movie that will leave you laughing. Two siblings come home from vacation to find that their town has been turned upside down. Adults become kids and vice versa. The two children, Sammy and Carla, were not affected by the experiment gone wrong and it is up to them to fix the situation.

I've always been a fan of Pauly Shore. His quirky, off-beat personality with a carefree attitude draws me in to his movies every time. As with the other movies he's played in, he doesn't fail to deliver his rare form in this film. There's not a lot of complexity to the movie and the plot has been played before, but it still makes for a fun film.
