EatSmart - Holiday Gift Guide Review and Giveaway

I posted the other day about seeing myself in a picture and not even recognizing that it was me. I did so well with losing weight during the summer and keeping it off, but have gained a few pounds back since camping season's been over. I'm not proud of letting myself go again but am determined to get back on track.

The scale is just the right size and doesn't take up much counter space. Keeping it out in the open is a reminder of food portion and control. I've found that some foods I regularly eat are not the best choices and there are alternatives. I am in the right frame of mind to lose weight and keep it off. This digital scale has been a helpful tool, and I plan on continuing to use it.

In addition to using the scale for food measurement, I've been using it to weigh packages that need to be mailed. I have a few that need sent off and I've found that the scale gives me an accurate reading of how much the package weighs so I can estimate how much postate will be needed.
