There were eight entries in the soup cookoff. So glad I wasn't a judge cause they were all good. There was chili, chicken noodle, cheeseburger, taco, vegetable, and cheese soups.
My husband made chili. He won't give his secret recipe away but he combines deer meet with hamburger. There was a three-way tie for first place and he was one of the winners.
Everyone paid a minimal amount to taste all the soups. I tried a sample of all eight and got full quickly. This is Sue, one of our camping buddies.
Two of my kids, Emma and Logan, played Bingo with me. Emma won $5 from one of the games.
Logan looks like he's concentrating reeaall hard.
I didn't get pictures of the Sweetest Day Dance and didn't get to stay the whole time because I had to work that night. Thanks to some campground friends and the band, I was reminded numerous times that I didn't get to stay and play because I had to work.

How fun. I'm entering my white chicken chili in a contest this year for the chili cookoff! To bad you had to work, have a great day:)
All of the soups were yummy! And bingo was fun. I have been playing bingo for oh lets see probably 25 years and this was my first jackpot win. Yeah me. I just wish camping season wasn't almost over, so what are we gonna do this winter? Hotels, Fun City? Hmmm.
That does look like a lot of fun. Great family time!
Yum! That is my type of fierce competition. Good for the tummy...
