Tassimo Iced Coffee - Review

In January I did a review for Tassimo, a home brewing system that has different T Discs to give a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates to make at home. We used the Tassimo often during the winter months, but usage slowed down in the summer because we are not big hot beverage drinkers when we are already beat from the heat.

Since we've received Tassimo's new iced coffee T Discs with the flavor of Gevalia premium coffee, we've been using our Tassimo system more frequently again. The Gevalia Sweet & Creamy Iced Coffee gives a smooth, robust sweetened coffee and creamer flavor. The Gevalia Black Iced Coffee is a little stronger. Both are made to be brewed over ice. My husband likes the Black Iced Coffee better, while I am more of a fan of the Sweet & Creamy Iced Coffee.

These T Discs are used in the same manner as any other, with the exception that they are brewed over ice, and they make a refreshing beverage in this summer weather. We've been brewing them as an evening drink that helps cool us off and tastes quite good. And we don't even have to wait in long lines or pay exorbitant prices to get premium iced coffee!

I received products for review from Tassimo. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way. Please do your own research before purchasing products. Your opinions and results may differ.
