ID On Me - Review and Giveaway - SS&E #13

A couple of weekends ago my son was involved in a golf cart accident. He suffered from a concussion and lots of road rash. He was not with me when the accident happened. The whole situation was pretty scary. Luckily, Adam is okay but that situation made me think about what could happen to my kids when they are not with me, or even when they are.

The ironic thing is that the next day my review package arrived from ID On Me, a company committed to the development of products designed to provide a safety resource to concerned families. As soon as Adam found out what these ID bracelets and tags were for, he was dead set on wearing one.

The Personal ID bracelet that is now a permanent fixture on Adam's wrist gives him a sense of security and me a peace of mind. With a Sharpie marker, I wrote down Adam's personal and medical information on the insert, folded it accordian-style, and tucked it inside the compartment of the bracelet. He has talked about his ID On Me bracelet numerous times to those at camp and it seems that it's a sense of relief that he has it on to alert others in case of emergency.

Adam is so serious about his personal ID bracelet that he panicked when he accidentally lost it. The bracelet fit his wrist fine and is even adjustable for bigger or smaller wrists, but he was playing around with it and misplaced it. You would've thought he lost his puppy! After a short search, the bracelet was found and it is once again placed on his wrist.

The other kids have also filled out their own bracelets and tags. Although they don't wear them at all times, they do wear them for the most part when we are out and about. It is important that parents keep close supervision on their children, but accidents and medical emergencies can and will happen even to the best of us. The ID and medical bracelets, dog tags, and key chains from ID On Me help in giving pertinent information to those who are there to help. ID On Me products can be used during travel, as medical information, or even worn on your pet's collar.

I would give it to my son to wear at all times, when he is not with me. He is severely allergic to all antibiotics, sulfas, celphasporins.
If something ever happened, whoever was with him would need to know this.

Nothing is truly more important than our family's safety, especially when we have kids. The ID on Me Bracelet is my favorite, it's so useful and kids would love wearing this because it's also very trendy. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway.

My daughter will be going to camp for 3 months and the ID on Me Bracelet will come in very handy. Parents always worry about their children's safety, especially when they are away from us, and with this ID bracelet, it will at least offer us some piece of mind, thank you ID On Me.

i like the ID bracelet the most. It would be a great product to have when going to an air show or any place with lots of people and the possibility of a child wandering away.
