Outdoor Adventures Review - Yard Games Online

One thing that I like about being at the campground is the camaraderie. Most everyone is friendly and getting together to have a good time is high on the list. One thing we do to bring us together is play games.

One game that I've seen a few other campers own but haven't played myself is Cornhole. I was super excited to receive the set from YardGamesOnline.com, an online company focused on family entertainment. Croquet, bocce, shuffleboard, cornhole, and badminton are just a few of the yard games they sell to provide hours of play. I must also say that the person I spoke with at Yard Games Online was super friendly and quick to help.

The Pennant Series Cornhole Set can be specified to three custom color combinations of your choice. It also comes with eight cornhole bags, with two color combinations of your choice. The game board is manufactured to ACA Specifications. I chose maroon and green colors for my bean bags and the three colors I chose for the game board were green, white, and blue.

I've had my Cornhole game for just a few short weeks and it's already provided us with lots of entertainment. When the boards arrived, I quickly noticed how sturdy and heavy they were. The bean bags were also heavy and durable. It did not come with any instructions and being that none of us who played have ever participated in this game, we made up rules. After looking online at the rules for The American Cornhole Organization, I found that we were pretty close to how it's actually done but it's nice to now know how to actually play it.

The basic premis of the game is to toss the bean bags over so that they hit the board for a set amount of points and go into the hole for even more points. The kids even caught on quickly and enjoyed playing as well. The game can be played as doubles or singles. Every time that we've played, it's been in teams and people are anxiously waiting to be able to get in on the next game.
