Along with Dinty Moore, Hormel chili is celebrating their 75th anniversary. Dinty Moore and Hormel are brands that I remember eating as a kid and, years later, trust to feed my kids. There's been times that I've taken it straight out of the can and heated it up to eat and times that they've been mixed with other ingredients to make recipes.
Chili Cheese Dip is one recipe that my husband has made as an appetizer or snack. The recipe is simple and requires just two ingredients.
Chili Cheese Dip
Ingredients: 1 (15 oz) can HORMEL Chili No Beans and 1 (16 oz) package processed cheddar cheese spread, cut into cubes
Directions: In large saucepan, combine chili and cheese. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until cheese melts and chili mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
Tell me that isn't simple! Oh, and it's delicious too. There are loads of recipes that can be found to use Dinty Moore Beef Stew and Hormel chili with. I've printed out a few of them to include in future menus.

If you are in the mood for a complete meal in a can that is quick and easy to fix, Hormel has created a line of chili - Hormel Chili Master chili - in a variety of flavors that can be heated up and ready to eat in just minutes. I tried the White Chicken Chili with Beans as a meal at work. It took very little time to prepare and tasted great. It wasn't mushy as some canned meals can be and the different flavors together made for a delicious meal. Each can would be enough to serve two adults.

Win It!
One person will win a Dinty Moore/Hormel prize pack that includes:
· Dinty Moore®/Hormel® Chili 75th anniversary t-shirt
· 1 can Dinty Moore® Hearty Meals® beef stew
· 1 can Hormel® Chili no beans
· 1 can Hormel® Chili Master™ chili
