Celebration Giveaway - MyJones Soda

I've seen Jones Soda around in the stores, with its unique labels and bright colors. However, I had never tried it before Shelby's birthday party. I found out what I've been missing out on once I tried the refreshing flavors of this pure cane soda.



Jones Soda can be purchased to drink at the stores, but they can also be ordered to create a personalized and exclusive soda. By adding your own photo and message to the flavor of choice, you can make something that everyone will rave about.

With MyJones, I uploaded a photo of Shelby as well as a message that I wanted included on the back of the bottle, which happened to be "Shelby's Sweet Sixteen - April 2010". I chose the flavors of Fufu Berry and Grape, and then submitted the order.

When I received the customized soda, I was satisfied with the finished result. The labels on the bottles were sharp in color and they did not look cheap at all. Once I brought them to the party, people were swarming to see the sodas and to grab a bottle for themselves. The results seemed to be split on whether people chose to drink the soda, or not open it and keep it as it was. However, the vote was unanimous that these were one of the the most awesome birthday party favors ever.

Under the cap of each soda is a fortune and there are different flavors of soda that are quite unique. I mean, how cool does Green Grass Apple Soda sound?! Can't say I've ever tried that one before. I took swigs of the two flavors that Shelby had at her party and they were fantastic.

As I said, some people decided to drink their soda and then take the empty bottles home with them. Other people chose to keep the soda inside and not open it. The prices for MyJones soda are somewhat costly, with a 12-pack costing $29.99 plus shipping. However, I've bought party favors and keepsakes before that are poor quality or of junkstore material and they're never to be seen again. Both Shelby and I have kept a bottle of MyJones soda from her party as a keepsake and I've been to a couple of homes since where I've seen her customized bottles sitting around.
