SlimPerfect - Review & Giveaway

Do you know the muffin man, the muffin man, the muffin man? Most of us know that song. The muffin man lives on my lane and has attached a muffin top to my body!

Knowing that spring is around the corner and I will be partaking in activities at the campground, I have been exercising more and making better decisions about what I eat. It's not a diet by any means, but rather short steps to a lifestyle change. The part of my body most afflicted by poundage is my stomach and I'm quite conscious about it. Although I've seen some good results with what I've been doing, I'm still quite conscious about my stomach and some other troublesome areas.

SlimPerfect has come up with ways to reduce the appearance of bulges and slim up your body with their line of slimwear/activewear. Their line was inspired by the need to feel comfortable, confident, and sophisticated while providing the quality and options women deserve. All of their pieces are manufactured in the USA using top-of-the-line Brazilian fabric. I was given the opportunity to review a few of their pieces.

The White Tankini is sleeveless and has removable molded gel-filled bra cups for added support and lift. It provides full coverage from the belly to the lower back. I tried this tankini on without a bra and noticed that my tatas are held firmly in place and even gives them a nice lift.

The White SlimSkort gives much needed control for my tummy. I feel uncomforable when wearing just a skirt because I always fear that someone will see my undergarments. With this, there are shorts under the skirt to prevent that from happening.

When ordering, be careful to pay attention to the quantity. I made the mistake of not updating my cart before submitting my order and accidentally ordered two of the White SlimDress. Being that I don't need two and I thought it'd be nice to get another person's opinion, I decided to let my sister have one and let her give it a try. Let's just say I'm on her good side for a while. She liked how the dress tucked in her trouble areas. So that we're not mistaken for Twinkie Twins, we'll have to make sure we're not wearing our dresses on the same day at the campground.

The SlimDress is my favorite piece. It goes pulled on over your legs instead of over your head. It has a sewn-in bike shorts for additional taming and coverage under the dress. We all know how the color white can be notorious for showing your undergarments; Even though this dress is white, my panty lines will not show due to the sewn-in bike shorts.

The weather has been too cold to wear these pieces outside, but I've tried them on and worn them around the house a few times to get a feel for them. From experience, I recommend that they be hung in a closet or laid flat. They tend to wrinkle if bunched up. I will be wearing them many times this spring and summer as they are now some of my favorite wardrobe pieces.

Do I feel skinny while wearing these pieces? No. However, I like how they look on me and they do appear to make me look a little slimmer. Instead of having bulges and bumps, they are smoothed out. They fit me well and I feel more confident when wearing them.

The prices on all of their separates are marked waaaay down right now. I'm not sure how long they'll be on sale, but they are marked at a price that is affordable for anyone.
