Dove Milk Chocolate with Peanut Butter - Review

A few years ago, my mother came over to my home with a bag of Dove chocolates. Ever since then, Dove has been one of my favorite brands of chocolate and I still have fond memories of my mother sharing her Dove chocolates with me when she has them on hand.

The other day I received of Dove Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate PROMISES and Singles for review and I admit that I barely had the package in my hands before I tore it open and savored the rich decadence. Although I've tried Dove before, I've never had it with peanut butter. Oh wow, was it yummy! Dove chocolates themselves are a chocolate delight but they are even better when combined with peanut butter.

I'll admit, I was going to be selfish and keep the chocolates all to myself. Hey, sometimes it's okay to think only of myself, right?! I was in the bedroom the other day and my teenage daughter was in the living room. The commercial came on for Dove Chocolate Peanut Butter Promises and I heard Shelby exclaim "Oh my gosh! I've got to get me some of those. They look so delicious." So, being the good mother that I am, I came out with a few of the Dove chocolates for her to try. Her expectations of them were met when she told me that they tasted as good as they looked on TV.

Dove will continue to be a brand of chocolate that I purchase and now the peanut butter version will be added to my list.
