Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce - Review & Giveaway

My husband is the cook in the household. That's because he does it so well. It is up to me, however, to decide what will be made throughout the week and plan the menu accordingly. At times, it is hard to think of new meals and ingredients to use.

Last weekend my husband made meatballs using Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce. It was a new recipe. He cooked the meatballs in the crock pot for approximately seven hours. My husband likes to alter and add when it comes to recipes. Included in the crock pot with the meatballs was the Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and onion flakes.

The crock pot was completely full with meat balls. I expected that we would have leftovers, especially considering all the kids weren't there for the meal. Between my husband, myself, and my two boys there was not one single meatball left.
My oldest son is extremely particular about sauces and condiments on his food. No syrup with pancakes, no butter on bread, no ketchup on fries, and so on. So I thought for sure he'd have a conniption when he was served meatballs with sauce on them. Surprisingly, he absolutely loved the taste. It seems as though Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce is a winner in his book.

This photo is of my husband eating the delicious meatballs. My boys proclaimed that they could not wait until he made them again. The flavoring of the sauce, combined with all the other ingredients, made this dish a family favorite.

Country Bob's was established in 1982. In addition to all purpose sauce, they also carry barbecue sauce and seasoning salt. On their website, you can browse through and find a large number of recipes to try. I have printed out a few and will be buying more of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce to use in the recipes. I am especially impressed that the company gives credit where credit is due and places the success of their company in the hands of God. Their motto is "Christ is our CEO". That is a bold statement to make and one that impresses me.

Win It!

Two winners will each receive two bottles of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce.

The Yummy Drummies sound so good.

I already love this sauce. I make roasted potatoes. Cut up taters into bite size pieces and toss with a little olive oil. Put on shallow pan and roast at 40 for 25-30 min, tossing halfway through. Drizzle with sauce when done.
